**Your role**:
- Coordinate team project activities, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels align with project requirements.
- Support the team in regulatory compliance activities, specifically UL 2900 and ISO 17025.
- Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and vendor management.
- Utilize tools such as Ariba and SAP for procurement and inventory management tasks.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and regulatory adherence.
**You're the right fit if**: (4 x bullets max)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a coordination or project management role.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (UL 2900, ISO 17025) is preferred.
- Proficiency in procurement tools like Ariba and SAP.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
