Overview:
** STATEMENT**: As Supervisor - Events & Promotion, the role is required to support on delivering different scale of events and promotional services related to events, conferences, exhibition and Incentive as may be applicable to create a larger distributor and customer experience. The role will involve coordinating and supporting various event logistics in alignment to other team members, content and asset management to drive the events, digital and tech relevance to promote and communicate to the participants of the event, vendor co-ordination and management related to above delivery, co-ordinate with cross functional teams such as associate services, supply chain, marketing, Sales, Communications as related to specific events

**DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES**:

- To plan and manage process related to event planning, scheduling and delivery.
- Conceptualization, creating innovative ideas and experience for event participants.
- Engage and co-ordinate with both internal and external stakeholders along the way to ensure effective communications & execution to create positive event experience.
- Ensure support from planning to execution of event, not limited to conceptualization but also execution as end delivery at the event including backstage, console management in co-ordination with T&E, Recognition Teams.
- Work closely with cross functional teams such as Registration team, Creative services, GSS, admin, supply chain etc for event branding, collateral development, material movement such as give away, registration, Branding, Expo etc.
- Core team player of the national events team responsible for, including but not limited to create concept, calendar and timelines, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, F&B, Travel, and other related process.
- Coordinate comprehensive event & meeting schedules, communications, digital experience, event logistics, onsite setup, hotel accommodations, meeting and staffing schedules.
- speakers & Executives movement co-ordination and management with Liaisons, speaker fees and commercials management and vendor co-ordination, commercial co-ordination as per the budget requirements.
- Effective project management in co-ordination with various internal teams such as event operations, training & education, communication and recognition and distributor success team.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Education Qualification: Graduate in relevant field,
- Excellent Communication,
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a given time.
- Able to work independently and follow process
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office tools. Intermediate with Excel is preferred.
- Familiarity with event processes and documentation
- Creative and innovative outlook required to create innovative content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills & fluency in English
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to network
- Comfort with travelling domestically and internationally
- Positive, pro-active, eager to learn, flexible, and team player.
- Ability to multi-task in a time-pressured environment
- ** Agency Experience is preferred.**

**Experience**: 5+ years of relevant event experience.
