Gurgaon District Haryana, India Career In Full time

Take ownership of customers issues and resolves within a timeline.(refer to customer complaint format)
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
- Maintain the record of every customer details.
- Working on overdue list.
- Required expected payment of customer details.
- Debtors should be in limit.
- Focus on old customers sales.
- Quick action necessary against the customer order, it should be deliver on time.
- Maintain data of customer complaints and grievances.
- Customer complaints will be resolve by effectively & efficiently.
- Build relationship between the client and company.
- Customer satisfaction level should be 4 or above.
- Coordinate with sales team, handle their query and customer data.
- Make Daily visit plan of sales team.
- Coordinate and Assist MD sir’s customers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
