Sales and Marketing Assistant

Ø _**Sales **_
- Responsible for increasing market share through higher penetration and awareness about the services.
- Identify and make contact with potential customers.
- Sales Management.
- To maintain an update monthly sales/ marketing database.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and forecast sales projections.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our brand.
Ø _**Marketing**_
- Making Strategies for marketing and implementing the same
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts & create engaging content
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback & Analyze social media metrics, and generate reports to measure campaign performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve social media performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to gain insights into industry trends and benchmarks and develop and update strategy based on the data & insights.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for search engines.
- Develop and implement SEO, and SMO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Good team player with key contribution skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Medical/Wellness industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in client dealing and management
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
