**Job Title: Front Desk Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an organized and dynamic Front Desk Administrator to play a pivotal role in our office operations. The Front Desk Administrator will manage front desk responsibilities, oversee office operations, handle infrastructure management, vendor relationships, and logistics, transport, and hotel arrangements. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:
*Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.

*Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary.

*Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.

*Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Office Operations:
*Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.

*Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.

*Support with general administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.

*Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

*Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Infrastructure Management:
*Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.

*Coordinate with maintenance and service providers for any required repairs or improvements.

**Vendor Management**:
*Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and quality services.

*Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors when necessary.

Logistics, Transport & Hotel Management:
*Arrange logistics and transportation for staff and visitors, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

*Manage hotel bookings and accommodations for travelers when needed.

**Qualifications**:
*Diploma or bachelor's degree is a plus.

*Proven experience in office administration or a related role.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

*Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle tasks with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
