We are at the forefront of technology and are currently seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator to join our team. This role is instrumental in optimizing our marketing and sales automation processes.
**Job Description**:
We are looking for a HubSpot Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing and managing our HubSpot instance across our group of companies. This role involves customization, configuration, training, and ongoing maintenance to ensure that HubSpot aligns with our specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Customization: Customize and configure HubSpot to align with the marketing and sales processes of our industrial equipment companies. This includes creating custom fields, workflows, and automation rules.
User Training: Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on how to effectively use HubSpot's features and tools. Ensure that team members are proficient in utilizing the platform.
Data Management: Maintain data integrity within HubSpot by managing and cleaning contact lists, ensuring accurate segmentation, and managing data imports and exports.
Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and sales automation workflows using HubSpot to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and suggest improvements to enhance our marketing and sales efforts.
Qualifications:
3 years prior experience
Proven experience in implementing and managing HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
HubSpot certification is a plus.
Experience in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
