Role - Customer Support Executive (Inbound)

**Job Description**:

- Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns
- Resolving client queries within the defined timeframe
- Responsible for maintaining a level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
- Impact the company’s bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers

Role - Customer Support Executive (Outbound)

**Job Description**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using provided scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Good Verbal & Written Communications Skills
- Good Knowledge of Excel
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
