Position Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Representatives for our website services. In this work-from-home position, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales deals for our website development and digital marketing services. This role offers a competitive monthly stipend of 15,000INR, along with attractive incentives based on performance. To excel in this position, you must have access to a proper laptop and a stable internet connection. Freshers are also welcome in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospects to understand their business goals, challenges, and website requirements. Tailor solutions to meet their specific needs and present compelling proposals.

Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative presentations to prospects, showcasing our website services and demonstrating how they can benefit their business. Clearly communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of our offerings.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure client satisfaction and maximize retention.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure. Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to website development and digital marketing. Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 0-5 years of experience in B2B sales or relevant fields.

Strong understanding of website technologies, digital marketing concepts, and online business strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.

Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Access to a proper laptop and a stable internet connection.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

**Work Location** is remote.

Working hours will be from Monday to saturday with Monday to Friday from 10:00 am till 7:00PM and on Saturday half day from 10am till 1:30 PM.
