Solar Ladder is looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team. If you have exceptional communication skills, a good sense of empathy and patience then we would like to meet you.
**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Possess strong conflict resolution skills
- Possess in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software
- Possess the ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
- Possess advanced interpersonal skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have at least 1 year of experience in software as a service based role
**Key Responsibilities**
- Setup and carry out the onboarding process for the customer
- Make weekly/monthly reports on customer retention
- Develop aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback
- Handle feedback calls and come up with a strategy to improve customer experience
- Gather information about customer complaints
- Work with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions
- Build positive relationships with customers and business associates
- Analyze and track performance-activation, engagement, retention, and churn data analyzing
