Job Description: Electronics Equipment Operator
Location: Hosur
Gender: Male
Shifts: 24x7 (3 Shifts)
Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Operate and monitor a range of electronics equipment, ensuring proper functioning and performance.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and address any issues promptly.
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on electronics equipment as needed.
Monitor equipment indicators, alarms, and readings to ensure optimal operational conditions.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to report and rectify equipment malfunctions and anomalies.
Maintain accurate records of equipment operations, incidents, and maintenance performed.
Adhere to 24x7 shift schedules, including day, night, and weekend shifts as assigned.
Comply with all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in training new operators and provide guidance as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as an electronics equipment operator or similar role is a plus.
Strong technical knowledge of electronics equipment operations and maintenance.
Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and address minor issues.
Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 operational environment and rotating shifts.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
Good communication skills to report incidents and collaborate with team members.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, lift, and move equipment when necessary.
