Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Expertise in Laser beam alignment, laser path correction, calibration.
-Understanding of Laser sources, lenses, mirrors, beam delivery system
-Knowledge of focal length adjustment, cleaning
-Hands on experience in handling CO2 Lasers, fiber lasers, diode laser & solid state lasers
-Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all laser equipment (e.g. laser engraving machines, laser welding systems).
-Monitor laser system performance parameters (e.g., power output, beam quality, focus) and identify potential issues.
-Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in laser systems, including optical, electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
-Perform repairs and replacements of components such as laser tubes, optics, control systems, and auxiliary equipment.
-Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues such as poor cut quality and material defects.
-Analyze laser processing parameters and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
-Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve laser processing techniques.
Qualifications
-A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical fields, with 5 to 12 years of experience.
