Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:

- Inputting and updating data into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verifying data accuracy and correcting any discrepancies.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files as needed.
- Assisting with data analysis and generating reports as requested.

**Search Engine Optimization/Pay Per Click (SEO/PPC)**:

- Conducting keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
- Optimizing website content for improved search engine visibility.
- Implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website ranking.
- Monitoring website traffic and performance.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Launching and optimizing PPC campaigns.
- Oversee accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords).

**Personal Assistance**:

- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for senior management.
- Making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries as required.
- Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in data entry, SEO, or personal assistance roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

**Education**:

- Graduation or equivalent required.
- Additional certification or coursework in data entry, SEO, or administrative assistance is advantageous.

**Location: Santa Cruz**
