Job Description

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in revenue operations, SEM, SEO, Affiliate & related roles

  • Proficiency in CMS, data analytics tools, Tableau, Affiliate Networks, Google Analytics, BigQuery, Microsoft 365, and CRO methodologies

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting, Communication, and Collaboration

  • Own daily revenue reporting for all insurance categories to drive data based decision making, ensuring partner revenue reports are accurate

  • Work collaboratively with vertical managers and commercial stakeholders to support ongoing reporting and analytics needs

  • Address queries from various departments, including but not limited to SEM, Digital Operations, SEO, and Business Development

  • Analyze reporting data and work with SEM, SEO, Digital Experiences, Data & Analytics, and Business Development teams to resolve data pipeline issues with the goal of fueling revenue growth

  • Facilitate effective communication and project updates among all stakeholders

2.   .Partner Onboarding and Auditing

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new partners, working closely with 3rd parties and internal teams

  • Conduct regular revenue and performance data audits to ensure partner compliance and data integrity

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to incorrect data implementation or tracking

3.    Data Integrity and Analytics

  • Collaborate with Data Strategy, SEO, and SEM teams to maintain data accuracy and integrity

  • Use analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities that support the growth of strategic partners

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
