**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**: Provide onsite and remote technical support for CAMPUSLIVE, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- **ERP Coordination**: Oversee the implementation and coordination of the CAMPUSLIVE ERP system, ensuring it meets the specific needs of the institution.
- **Training & Development**: Conduct training sessions for staff and faculty on the use of CAMPUSLIVE, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the system's features.
- **Customization & Integration**: Work with school administration to customize and integrate CAMPUSLIVE to align with the institution's workflows and academic requirements.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and any changes made to the system for future reference.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on user experience.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that the ERP system complies with local regulations and educational standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
- **Domain Knowledge**: Extensive knowledge of the American Curriculum, IGCSE, and IB educational frameworks.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in ERP systems, cloud-based solutions, database management, and network administration.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- **Customer Service**: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to travel within the UAE and work flexible hours as needed.
