**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Execute Field Marketing Plans**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive field marketing plans aligned with overall marketing and business goals. Identify target markets and design campaigns to reach and engage potential customers in those areas. Plan and execute on-the-ground events, and activations to promote brand visibility.
- **Collaborate with Sales Teams**: Work closely with the sales teams to understand regional goals and priorities. Provide marketing support to regional sales efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment between marketing and sales activities.
- **Content and Collateral Development**: Create or adapt marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and promotional materials, tailored to specific regions and events. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all field marketing materials.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to understand local trends, competition, and customer preferences. Analyse field marketing data and provide insights to optimise future campaigns and activities.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI from all activities.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Provide regular reports on the performance of field marketing initiatives, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Use data and insights to continuously refine and optimise field marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field marketing, event planning, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
