The Store Executive plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the inventory of a garment manufacturing company. This includes overseeing the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies. The individual in this role ensures the smooth functioning of the store, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting efficient operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.

Maintain organized and efficient storage of raw materials and finished goods.

Implement and maintain an accurate tracking system for inventory levels.

**Stock Replenishment**:
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment orders.

Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate stock availability.

**Order Fulfillment**:
Process requisitions and issue materials as per production requirements.

Verify and document outgoing materials, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.

Record Keeping:
Keep detailed records of all transactions, including receipts and disbursements.

Generate regular reports on inventory status and consumption trends.

**Quality Control**:
Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Conduct periodic stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

**Vendor Coordination**:
Liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.
