5. Preparing the plans and production schedules for manufacturing Garments.

6. To collect P.O. / Order sheet from concerned Head office Merchandiser / Department.

7. To follow up in all stages of production in the factory from sample making to shipment.

8. Drawing up the master schedule to establish production sequence and lead time of each production to meet delivery dates.

10. Preparing a plan and schedules workflow for the each department.
