**Quality Control Technician for Garment Mfg. Company Bhiwandi**

In a garment manufacturing company, the roles of a Quality Control Technician specializing in Textile Engineering, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our têxtile products throughout the manufacturing process. your responsibilities will include.

**Quality Control Technician Responsibilities**:
**Inspection and Testing**: Conducting thorough inspections of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished garments to ensure they meet established quality standards.

**Quality Assurance**: Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures and protocols to minimize defects and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

**Documentation**: Accurately documenting inspection results, including any deviations from quality standards, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.

**Troubleshooting**: Identifying and resolving quality-related issues in collaboration with production teams to prevent product defects and improve manufacturing processes.

**Equipment Maintenance**: Performing regular maintenance on testing equipment and ensuring proper calibration to maintain accuracy and reliability.

**Training**: Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.

**Data Analysis**: Analyzing quality data trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.

**Supplier Relations**: Collaborating with suppliers to address quality concerns, conduct supplier audits, and ensure the consistent supply of high-quality materials.

**Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements to uphold the company's reputation for quality and reliability.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma in Textile Engineering or related fields.

Previous experience in quality control within the têxtile or garment manufacturing industry is preferred.

Strong understanding of têxtile materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control techniques.

Proficiency in using quality testing equipment and software.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
