Position: Field Sales Executive Segment: Passenger and Commercial Vehicle
Job Summary: As a Field Sales Executive in the Passenger and Commercial Vehicle segment, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's products and services to individual customers, businesses, and potential clients. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting:Identify potential customers within the designated territory.
Generate leads through various sources, including cold calls, referrals, and networking.
Customer Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Product Knowledge:Stay updated on the company's passenger and commercial vehicle products and services.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
Sales Presentations:Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Customize solutions to meet the specific needs and preferences of customers.
Sales Quotas:Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Market Research:Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and tactics.
Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, leads, and opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Travel:Travel within the designated territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
Team Collaboration:Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Share feedback and insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- PUC AND Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry or a similar segment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of the passenger and commercial vehicle segment is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
