We are seeking a driven **Sales Executive** to expand our market presence and drive sales in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sectors. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on both domestic and international markets.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries.
- **B2B Sales**: Focus on B2B sales, identifying and establishing relationships with international distributors, wholesalers, and buyers to promote and sell our products.
- **Negotiation & Deal Closing**: Lead negotiations, draft contracts, and close sales deals with clients, ensuring maximum profitability.
- **Reporting & Forecasting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to provide actionable insights to management.
- **International Growth**: Expand export markets, targeting new regions and clients, and ensuring continued growth in global markets.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, market research, and attending industry events.
- Coordinate and represent the company at **industry exhibitions**, trade shows, and events to generate new leads and promote our products.
- Craft presentations and create **sales decks tailored to specific events**, exhibitions, and client meetings to showcase the company’s offerings.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of new clients acquired.
- Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
- Client retention and satisfaction scores.
- Achievement of sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of sales experience in the **Pharmaceutical** industry.
- Proven experience in **B2B Sales** and business development.
- Prior experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiating high-value contracts.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in **CRM software** and **MS Office**:

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- **Preferred**:

- Business development experience: 1 year.
- Lead generation: 1 year.
- Sales experience: 1 year.
- Total work experience: 1 year.

**Working Conditions**:

**Base Salary**: ₹4,50,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum.

**Sales-based commission**: Percentage of total sales (could result in an additional ₹1,00,000 - ₹5,00,000 monthly depending on performance)

**Other Benefits**:

- **Travel Allowances**: As travel may be required for client meetings, a travel allowance or reimbursement will be done.
