Field Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new leads through market research, prospecting, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understand clients' business requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their needs.
- Collaborate with the design and development team to develop proposals and quotes based on clients' requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts, while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Prepare and present sales contracts, ensuring accurate recording of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors to effectively position our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
