The IT Sales professional is responsible for selling IT solutions, products, and services to clients and generating revenue for the company. They should have a deep understanding of the IT industry, including hardware, software, networking, and security solutions. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.

2. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services.

3. Prepare and present sales proposals, including product demonstrations, to prospective clients.

4. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, pricing terms, and contracts.

5. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and implementation of IT solutions.

6. Provide ongoing customer support and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and upsell additional products and services.

7. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings.

8. Achieve sales targets and meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.

9. Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

10. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to expand the network and generate new leads.

**Requirements**:
2. Proven track record of successful IT sales, preferably in the B2B market.

3. Strong knowledge of IT solutions (Digital marketing, frontend, backend)

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical clients.

5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

6. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

7. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

9. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:
