**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Principal.
2. Manage the Principal’s calendar and scheduling, assessing meeting requests, prioritising matters of urgency, and redirecting matters as appropriate. Use discretion, diplomacy, and initiative to prioritise and manage enquiries, requests, and complaints.
3. Carry out general admin duties like writing letters, publishing notices and circulars, preparing presentations and reports, and analysing available data on behalf of and as directed by the Principal.
4. Organize, post, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and other regular communication publications for staff members, students, and parents
5. Provide administrative assistance as required to the management and school staff.
6. Managing all communication, correspondence, and filing work of the Principal’s Office ensuring information is readily available at all times.
7. Work closely and effectively with the Principal to keep him well-informed of upcoming commitments and updates on a day-to-day basis.
8. Support planning, coordination, and organising of meetings chaired by the Principal. Attend and take minutes of meetings chaired by the Principal.
9. Produce, distribute, manage, and file agendas, minutes, and other documentation for meetings. Manage records and files with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure that applicable action items from meetings are followed up in a timely fashion by the Principal or on his behalf.
10. Liaise with external agencies on behalf of the Principal, in relation to a wide range of urgent and contentious issues, with diplomacy and discretion.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
