Executive Assistant

Responsible for organizing daily schedules, meetings and appointments - Assist the in day-to-day Business operations - E-mails & correspondence, internally and externally, replying on as may be required - Minutes of meetings (MOM) and keeping follow ups - Taking charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks - Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, and other documents - Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives - Follow-up and coordinate with internal teams for information as per instructions given - Handling basic bookkeeping tasks. - Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports - Using various software, including MS-Office, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations - Reading and analyzing incoming memos, and submissions, and distributing them as needed - Making travel arrangements - Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database - Provide general administrative support - Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities - Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment - A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills - Professional level verbal and written communications skills - Coordinating with internal team - Updating MIS and getting follow-ups from respective
