**Cyfer Digital Solutions LLP **is looking for a Client Success Executive to join our team.As a Client Success Executive at Cyfer, your primary focus will be ensuring that clients are satisfied with the various design, development, and digital marketing services that they require from time to time.

**Responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers through regular communication and on-going support
- Identifying and understanding customer needs, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns
- Continuously monitoring customer engagement and satisfaction, and taking action to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as sales, product development, and support, to ensure that customer needs are met
- Reviewing proposals from the company’s internal teams and providing feedback on possible improvements
- Managing client accounts by setting up new client accounts, updating billing information and processing payments
- Identifying opportunities for growth within existing client relationships or developing new client relationships that could lead to new business opportunities for the firm
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Meeting with clients as needed to discuss progress on projects or issues that may arise related to the work being done by the firm
- Providing training and education to customers on how to use products or services effectively
- Be a part of the project execution cycle and effectively implement the project by utilizing resources and timelines in an optimal manner
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and using data to identify trends and insights that can inform customer success strategies
- Meeting or exceeding customer retention and revenue growth targets
- Staying current with industry developments and trends to ensure that the company's products and services are competitive
- Performing other related duties as required.

**Skills**

Management, Project Coordination, and/or Business Development
- Good exposure to Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, HTML, CSS, and Other technologies
- Ability to multitask across various projects.
- Strong analytical skills, people management skills and aptitude is required
- Great English communication skills both written and verbal.
