**Introduction**:
**VIAN PROPERTIES** is a prominent real estate development and property management firm committed to delivering exceptional residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a versatile and talented individual to join our team as a **Creative Coordinator.** This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand presence through compelling visual design and effective digital marketing strategies.

**CANDIDATES MUST BE FROM HYDERABAD LOCATION ONLY**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Creative Project Management**:

- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creative projects, liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address feedback.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.

**Graphic Design and Visual Content**:

- Conceptualize and design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, signage, digital ads, and social media graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers and other creative professionals to create compelling and innovative designs that align with project goals.

**Content Development and Copywriting**:

- Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, style guidelines, and SEO best practices.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support business objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to manage resources and optimize creative outputs.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in copywriting and content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience with video editing and motion graphics software.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in Real Estate is Mandate

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
