Minimum 12 months - Customer service experience in Travel / Hospitality or

Minimum 12 months - Travel / Hospitality or BPO Customer service experience or

More than 2 year work experience in specific domain with min 6 months in a supervisor / SME / QA role in Travel / Hospitality

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work on the various front offices client tools as required for the specific queues and provide customer service through calls.
- Understand customer queries received through calls and act accordingly.
- Maintain a healthy and clean work environment & adhere to company policies and procedure.
- Continuous up gradation of process knowledge as required

**CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comprehension - Ability to clearly understand the problem statement
- Composition: - Ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate paragraph/essay/letter.
- Voice & Accent: - Neutral Accent & excellent Voice Skills Good analytical & drafting skills to respond back to the customer.
- Strong customer service focus:Ability to empathize with the customer - Prioritizing customer needs

**CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION**
- **Must have**

Ø Comprehension skills to understand & communicate with all customers effectively.

Ø Telephone etiquettes.
- **Good to have**

Ø Worked in Airlines Industry/ (reservation & ticketing)

Ø IATA certified/Trained on foundation/consultant course (Airlines business)

Ø Work on track & trace ( for logistic business)

Ø Experience of 0-3 years desirable.

Ø Experience in international call center will be an advantage.

Ø Experience of Air travel would be desired.

Ø Knowledge of Western culture would be an added advantage. (USA/UK culture)

Ø Poor grammar and Windows Skills

Ø Issues with comprehending & communicating effectively with the customer.

Ø Not Eligible - MBA/PG/BE/BTech /MCA/BSc IT, Certified professional lawyer, CAs,

**Important notes**:
Ø 5 days working and any 2 week offs.

Ø Should be flexible in 24*7 shifts.

Ø Should be within Transport Boundary.

Ø IATA certification or Experience in airline ticketing would be an added advantage.

Ø Job location: Kensington - Powai, Mumbai.
