Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Handle incoming calls and from workers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material orders, track deliveries, and maintain inventory records.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records using Microsoft Office software.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in handling vendor relationships and negotiations is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
