**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated technical issues, leveraging your profound understanding of these technologies.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval, troubleshooting, and performance enhancement.
- Utilize scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate repetitive tasks, analyze logs, and streamline support processes.
- Share expertise through internal training sessions to elevate the team's collective knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Must have skills**:

- Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to excel under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Good to have skills**:

- ITIL certification and familiarity with ITSM processes.
- Cloud technology familiarity (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Top of Form Experience with debugging tools, performance monitoring, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
