Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Operations**: Greet visitors and clients, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
**Scheduling and Calendar Management**: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members. Maintain and update shared calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts.
**Document Management**: Create, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and documents. Ensure proper archiving and labelling for easy retrieval.
**Data Entry**: Accurately input and manage data into various systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
**Expense Tracking**: Help track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
**Assistance with Reports**: Assist in compiling, formatting, and preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
**Qualifications**:
Graduate from any specialization
**Salary**:10K-15k
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
