**Teaching Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and deliver lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions in physics courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Develop course materials such as syllabi, lecture notes, assignments, and assessments in alignment with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to students through advising, mentoring, and facilitating academic discussions.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods, technology, and instructional resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Assess student performance, provide feedback, and evaluate their progress through exams, projects, and other forms of assessment.

**Research Responsibilities**:

- Conduct original research in the field of physics, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and understanding.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals, present at conferences, and participate in academic collaborations and interdisciplinary research projects.
- Pursue external funding opportunities through grants and research proposals to support research activities and academic initiatives.
- Mentor graduate students and supervise their research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Stay abreast of recent developments, trends, and breakthroughs in physics by engaging in continuous learning, professional development, and scholarly activities.

**Academic Administration and Service**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic governance structures to contribute to decision-making processes and the overall functioning of the department.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation processes to ensure academic quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in outreach activities, community service, and public engagement initiatives to promote the visibility and impact of the department and university.
- Represent the department and university at professional conferences, meetings, and events, both nationally and internationally.
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equity within the academic community, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students and colleagues alike.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
