Job Description:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Conduct lectures, seminars, and tutorials for MBA students.
- Develop and deliver course materials in accordance with the curriculum provided by Anna University.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
- Provide guidance and support to students to ensure their academic success.
- **Research and Scholarship**:

- Conduct research in your area of expertise, contributing to the academic community and the field of business administration.
- Publish scholarly articles in reputed journals and present research findings at conferences.
- Encourage and supervise students in their research projects and dissertations.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to review and update the MBA curriculum as needed to ensure it remains relevant and meets the standards set by Anna University.
- Integrate contemporary business practices, case studies, and real-world examples into the curriculum to enhance students' understanding and applicability of theoretical concepts.
- **Mentoring and Advising**:

- Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them navigate their academic journey and make informed decisions about their future.
- Serve as a mentor for students participating in extracurricular activities, such as business clubs or competitions.
- **Service and Administration**:

- Participate in departmental and university committees and meetings as required.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to the MBA program, such as admissions, student evaluations, and accreditation processes.
- Foster positive relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to facilitate internships, guest lectures, and other collaborative opportunities.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
