**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee general office operations and maintain office systems.
- Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital.
- Ensure office equipment is in working order and coordinate repairs when needed.
- Organize and supervise office cleanliness.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications or memos.
- Coordinate and assist with company events, such as meetings or social activities.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist senior management and other staff with various tasks.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- **Human Resources Support**:
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing their workstations.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related processes.
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet clients, guests, or vendors and ensure they are properly attended to.
- Provide basic assistance to clients or customers as needed.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹8,460.31 - ₹27,975.83 per month
