**Position: Voice and Quality Trainer**

**Location**: Kukatpally, Hyderabad

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Voice and Quality Trainer to join our team in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The Voice and Quality Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the communication skills and quality standards of our customer service representatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs to improve the voice quality, accent, pronunciation, and overall communication skills of customer service representatives.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions to provide instruction and feedback on voice modulation, tone, pitch, and pacing.
- Design and deliver training modules on customer service best practices, call handling techniques, active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions to address specific areas for improvement.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, assessments, and feedback mechanisms, and make adjustments as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer service representatives through call monitoring, quality assurance audits, and performance metrics analysis.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to customer service representatives to reinforce training concepts, address performance issues, and promote continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer service and communication skills training, and incorporate relevant information into training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, or related field. Master’s degree or certification in training and development is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience as a voice and quality trainer, communication skills trainer, or related role, preferably in a customer service or call center environment.
- Strong knowledge of voice modulation techniques, accent neutralization, pronunciation, and communication skills development.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions using adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, such as learning management systems (LMS), video conferencing platforms, and multimedia resources.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness, analyze performance data, and make data-driven decisions to improve training outcomes.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
