**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Provide accurate and complete information to resolve problems.
- **Documentation**:

- Record customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Maintain detailed records of queries, complaints, and resolutions for future reference.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support, or operations) to resolve complex issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Feedback Management**:

- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve processes and services.
- Contribute to the development of FAQs, knowledge bases, and self-service resources.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
