Executive Assistant to CEO

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the founder's calendar and schedule, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
3. Providing general administrative support, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and other office tasks
4. Assisting with project management, including coordinating deadlines, ensuring the timely completion of tasks, and following up with team members as needed
5. Assisting with client management, including scheduling client meetings and handling client communications
6. Coordinating and preparing for meetings, including creating agendas, preparing presentations, and taking meeting minutes
7. Conducting research on various topics related to the agency's operations, including market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends
8. Assisting with special projects, including event planning and coordination, developing marketing materials, and other initiatives as needed
9. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and ensuring the privacy and security of the founder's personal and professional information
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
