The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in
supporting the explosive growth of Ikarus 3D in the European, North-American and
Canadian markets.
Your responsibilities will encompass expanding the company's market presence through
client acquisition, achieving sales targets, generating revenue, and conducting market
research, analyzing industry trends, and executing targeted outreach efforts to prospective clients in alignment with the target market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Enhance the company's visibility, clientele by utilising various outbound sales
valuable networking chances with key decision-makers, paving the way for fresh
avenues of growth and collaboration.
- Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives
- Conduct market research to analyse international market trends, competitors, and
industry developments to identify business opportunities, propose and drive
innovative strategies for growth.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports about the number of people reached, number of short
proposals sent, leads generated etc.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and sales techniques and employ them to
enhance the sales processes.
- Maintain a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads that are not yet ready to
convert. Provide them with valuable information, content, and resources to keep them
engaged.
- Work with our existing Sales Tech Stack (e.g. Hubspot etc.)
- Cultivate new contacts to build a robust network in international markets, focusing on
key regions.

**Competencies and Experience**:

- Background and demonstrated experience in sales and business development in a B2B
and/or professional services setting, particularly working with senior-level
decision-makers is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency.
- High technology quotient, up to date with technological advancements with superior
skills in analytical and presentation tools.
- Excellent project and time management skills.
- Fluent in English.

- Evangelise the Ikarus 3D vision through product demonstrations, in-market events,
and account-specific initiatives.

with potential clients in perfect synergy with our target market.
