**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target corporate clients, including office buildings, business parks, co-working spaces, and corporate campuses, as potential customers for our smart parcel locker systems.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to engage with corporate decision-makers, facilities managers, and office administrators, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and site evaluations to understand the unique requirements and constraints of each corporate client.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for key stakeholders to showcase the functionality and features of our smart parcel locker systems.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, including training, implementation support, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to package management and smart lockers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the corporate or commercial real estate sector.
- Understanding of corporate office operations, including mailroom procedures, package handling, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
