We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Operations Executive. As a vital member of our event management company, you will play a crucial role in converting leads generated through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter into satisfied customers. Your responsibilities will encompass lead communication, customer relationship management, vendor coordination, and event execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion**: Communicate with leads received from Facebook ads or direct messages on social media platforms. Impress potential customers with our services and convert them into clients.
- **Client Interaction**: Gather all requirements from clients and ensure a clear understanding of their needs and preferences. Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the planning process.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with various vendors such as decorators, photographers, caterers, etc., to check availability on specified dates and obtain price quotations. Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
- **Price Point Evaluation**: Analyze price quotations obtained from vendors and determine suitability for clients. Communicate effectively with clients regarding pricing options and negotiate agreements as necessary.
- **Event Execution**: Coordinate all aspects of event execution, including logistics, setup, and vendor management. Ensure seamless execution of events while adhering to timelines and client expectations.
- **Payment Processing**: Facilitate payment processing between clients and vendors. Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any billing discrepancies as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Min 1-2 experince required
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event planning is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and event coordination.
