Sales executive are responsible for greeting and directing customers, providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services), answering customers’ questions about specific products/services, and provide the best products according to the customer requirements.

**Sales Management**
Responsible for meeting the customers, identify their needs & introducing &detailing the products to satisfy their requirements.
Responsible for preparing sales plan after consulting with the team members and share with the team for execution and thereby target achievement. Make sure that the conversion rate is more than 75%.
Responsible for making sure that proper follow ups are happening as a part of the sales activity to retain the customers
Responsible to attend the walk-in
- customers professionally, without delay in attending them.
Responsible to ensure good relations with the customers by providing good service which will be helpful for future.
Ensure all the sales staff giving warm welcome to the customers while entering in to the showroom & ensure a friendly & professional approach in dealing with the customers.
**Target Achievement**
Responsible for minimum 90 % sales target achievement. Make sure that the target is being achieved within the timeline.
Responsible to ensure minimum 90% customer satisfaction on products & servicing
**Reporting**
Responsible to provide the daily/weekly/monthly sales details to the sales manager

- **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**7.1 Knowledge**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduation
- Knowledge of Leadership Management
- Knowledge of the Industry Standards and Practices
**7.2 Experience**
- Min. 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing is mandatory
**7.3 Skills**
- Management skills: Analytical skills, Organization skills, Convincing skills
- Communication skills: excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, able to effectively resolve conflict situations, able to work collaboratively with managers and staff.

- Sales Executive usually works in showroom environment but need to visit other units if necessary.
- Sales Executive works in a standard work week, but additionally will often work evening, weekends, and overtime hours to accommodate activities such as management meetings etc.
