As a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships between the company and its clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction, address inquiries and concerns, and foster long-term loyalty. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling their requests efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences. Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their requirements and exceed their expectations.
- Sales Assistance: Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer interactions. Provide support in the sales process by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant products or services.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily and strive to retain their business.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with the company's products or services. Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable recommendations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Update customer profiles with relevant information to facilitate personalized service delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,967.74 - ₹42,066.83 per month

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
