**Responsibilities and Duties**
- You would be responsible for Fresh & Old Leads Calling. We generate our own leads authentically through our Ads on Instagram, Facebook and Google.
- Following up on Client leads for the sale of properties.
- Responsible for handling client's inquiries and servicing customer's needs.
- Be an expert on issues of the real estate industry, prices, competitors, market conditions, etc.
- Maintain and progress an active Sales Pipeline of prospective clients.
- Contribute to the major goals of the Company in uplifting sales/revenues.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Providing excellent service to the customers to make property investment a delightful experience

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Telecalling or Call Center of any industry.
- Any graduate - Any specification or 12th Pass with experience.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
