**Job Title**: Office Assistant (Female)
**Location**:Koramangal, Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
- Maintain and organize office common areas to ensure a clean and professional work environment.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Support the HR department in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies on various job portals.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing necessary paperwork and setting up workstations.
- Provide general support to visitors and handle other clerical duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
