**Inside Sales Executive**:
- Vadodara, Gujarat, India_
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make 80-120 outbound calls daily to potential Prospects in the US.
- Qualify leads by understanding their business goals.
- Conduct 1-2 virtual or in-person sales presentations every day.
- Follow up with leads regularly to keep them engaged and move them through the sales process.
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Track sales activities in CRM and report regularly. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to onboard new clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Freshers are welcome.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Proficient in using CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
- Sales Experience: Experience or interest in sales, with a willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with others and work as part of a team. Shift: Must be comfortable working US shift hours (evening/night shifts).
