**Job Description**:
Role and Responsibilities
Ø Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Ø Scanning the market and Identify, target potential customers including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, through which we can expand our customer base.
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
Ø Sales target oriented approach.
Ø Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential customers.
Ø Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product line, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Ø Ready to accept and achiever of targets which are mutually discussed and decided.
Ø Regularly follow up with customers to build long-term relationships, secure repeat business, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Ø Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation for management review.
Ø Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Ø Look after all work related to presales till the sales is being closed

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Ø Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Ø Minimum 4 years of work experience in B2B Sales or in a similar sales role, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
Ø Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ø Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ø Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Ø Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Ø Willingness to travel as required.
Ø Fluency in local and English languages is **Must**
