Customer Service Executive

. Assist and provide effective solutions to customers' issues.
- Ensure complaint cases are follow-up and managed promptly.
- Responsible for documents administration.
- Ensure accurate data entries and report generation.
- Coordinate with the Service team on customer's requirements.
- Maintain and ensure customer’s satisfaction with Company's
standards and procedures.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional
customer support.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential
customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and
services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Attaining new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Should be able to coordinate with both Sales & Service teams.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
