**Accountability: Summary of Role**:
Accountable for talent acquisition process for Lubrizol's Global Capability Centre (GCC)
**Responsibilities / Accountabilities**:
- Accountable for the entire recruitment process (full-cycle recruitment) to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and committed to achieving the desired hiring outcome.
- Manage the Recruitment Management System (RCM)
- Develop and execute robust recruitment search strategies (such as - cold-calling, sourcing, networking,
marketing, leveraging social media, etc.) that will attract and ultimately hire top talent.
- Understand the external talent market and leverage your insights to influence competitive positioning within the talent market.
- Create, socialize and manage the induction and on-boarding for both organizations.
- Partner with an agency to articulate and build employer brand to improve sourcing, recruitment and retention
- Establish partnership with B-Schools for internship / lateral hires
- Partnership with Industry bodies for appropriate representation
- Partner with regional stakeholders for global process alignment
- Create the TA Dashboard to share with different stakeholders of how TA adds value & provides ROI
**Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements)**:
- Strong Executive Presence
- Great communicator capable of building rapport, asking insightful questions and comprehending and reacting to an abundance of information.
- Good understanding of key business drivers
- Master’s degree in human resources or related stream with 9-12 years of professional experience.
- Familiarity with technology platforms and standard systems e.g. Naukri, Monster, Taleo, Success Factors, LinkedIn
- Ability to operate in Matrix environment
