Onboarding Caller

We at LawSikho are looking for Onboarding Callers (Day-shift). People from tier 2/3 cities or rural would be preferred. If you can speak multiple languages
- will be a plus.
- Working on onboarding of students by making welcome calls
- Handling data entry on MS Excel and Google sheets.
- Working on MIS reporting and maintaining students onboarding data.

We are looking for someone who has a laptop, internet connection and the following qualification and skillset:

- Graduate in any field with relevant experience of 1-3 years in Customer Service or any tele caller role.
- Superior communication skills, ability to connect with people and empathetic.
- Ability to speaks clear and correct English.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs and MS Excel.
- Empathetic and helping attitude.
- Good to spend 6-7 hours per day on live calls.
- Looking for a stable, long term job with lots of growth opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
