Baoiam, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business coordinator Intern to join our team. As a Business Coordinator Intern you will support our team in various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our business processes. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in business coordination and provides an opportunity to learn about the inner workings of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating business activities and operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to gather data and insights relevant to business objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and managing timelines.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to facilitate communication and coordination.
- Provide administrative support, such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and handling inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
- Prior experience in business administration, project management, or related areas is a plus.
