**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and driving sales through effective telephone communication. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, following up on leads, and utilizing various databases and CRM tools.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by understanding their real estate needs, answering queries, and providing information about our services and properties.
- **Sales Conversion**: Present and promote real estate properties and services over the phone, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing client objections to close deals.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide additional information, and encourage prospects to schedule property viewings or consultations.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide relevant and accurate information to clients.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and detailed client profiles.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager or Team Lead.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry, is highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident telephone manner.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with real estate terminology, processes, and local market conditions is a plus.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and sales strategies.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
